Normal high density silicone

Application: Primarily used as a base layer on fabrics to build thickness/relief.

Product Features: Low viscosity, easy to mix and print, minimal waste, extended open time, excellent elasticity, and high tensile strength.

Super high density silicone

1.Extremely fast build-up speed. A thickness exceeding 0.75mm can be achieved in just 5 prints.

2. The base print is white. When mixed with color paste, it produces rich, saturated colors with a matte finish.

Round corner silicone

Application: Used to create a rounded edge effect, typically for color printing.

Product Features: Excellent fluidity, prevents pinholes, and ensures a smooth product surface.

Elastic round corner silicone

Application: Used to create a rounded edge effect, typically for color printing. It is ideal for products requiring high elongation, such as webbing.

Product Features: Excellent fluidity, prevents pinholes, and ensures a smooth product surface.

Fiber suppression silicone

Application: Primarily used to suppress fabric fibers and serve as a base layer to build thickness.

Product Features: Excellent fiber suppression, resulting in a smooth, burr-free surface. Good elasticity, tear-resistant, and builds thickness quickly. Easy to print with strong adhesion.

Foaming silicone

Application: Primarily used as a base layer on fabrics to build thickness and create a foaming effect.

Product Features: Provides foaming and builds thickness quickly. Offers a dry, non-tacky hand feel, easy printing, minimal waste, extended open time, and strong product adhesion.

Air-dry high density silicone

Application: Used as a base layer for catalyst-sensitive fabrics, webbing, nylon, and leather.

Product Features: Excellent adhesion to fabrics, effective anti catalyst-senitive properties, high elongation, easy to use, and cures naturally without the need for baking.

Air-dry round corner silicone

Application: Used as color printing for catalyst-sensitive fabrics, webbing, nylon, and leather.

Product Features: Excellent adhesion to fabrics, effective anti catalyst-senitive properties, high elongation, easy to use, and cures naturally without the need for baking.

Glossy top coat silicone

Application: Primarily used to create a high-gloss, highly transparent finish on the product surface.

Product Features: Provides a glossy surface with excellent fluidity.

Matte top coat silicone

Application: Primarily used as a matte top coat (finishing layer).

Product Features: Excellent matte effect with a smooth, silky hand feel. Does not turn white (haze-free) after curing, and is suitable for both machine and manual printing.

Conductive silicone

Application: Primarily designed for conductive gloves, specifically for use in mobile touch screen applications.

Heat transfer silicone

Application: Suitable for both standard and reverse printing, and compatible with both machine and manual printing. It requires a complete system: Heat Transfer Silicone (or High Density Silicone) + Intermediate Layer Silicone + Hot Melt Adhesive.

Directly moulding silicone

Application: Directly molding on fabric, normally for cotton fabric.

Product features: Easy operation, good firmness to the cloth, air bubble volatile fast, no penetration.

Mould heat transfer silicone

Application: Primarily used for in-mold transfer of trademarks and logos.

Product Features: Easy to operate and provides excellent adhesion to hot melt films.

Embossing silicone

Application: Primarily used for creating embossed effects on various fabrics.

Product Features: Easy to operate, provides excellent fabric shaping, and is wash-resistant.

Trademark dispensing silicone

Application: Special use for dispensing machine when make badges.

Product features: Good fluidity, easy through the needle, air bubble volatile fast, long working time. 

Shoes upper printing silicone

Application: Primarily used for silicone printing on various shoes upper materials.

Product Features: Easy to print with minimal waste. Offers extended open time, excellent elasticity, high tensile strength, strong thixotropy, and prevents penetration on various fabrics.

Lingerie bonding silicone

Application: Primarily used for lingerie bonding. It can be applied via screen printing or by using a dispensing machine.

Product Features: Offers a soft, pleasant hand feel and provides excellent adhesion to various lingerie fabrics.

Sock grip silicone

Application: Primarily used on the soles and heels of socks to prevent slipping.

Product Features: Extended open time, fast curing, easy to release from the screen, excellent opacity (no strike-through), and a pleasant hand feel.

Two-component webbing grip silicone

Application: Primarily used for silicone coating on webbing via machine dispensing.

Product Features: Extended open time, fast curing, excellent elasticity, and strong adhesion.

One-component webbing grip silicone

Description: A one-component silicone coating that cures at room temperature. It is ideal for dispensing and coating on elastic bands, rubber tapes, and stretch tapes. Additionally, it effectively reinforces the elasticity and tensile strength of the fabrics.
